MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handson day to day responsibility of our paid search and paid social channels, ensuring campaigns are set up correctly and running effectively. * Understand creative and copy requirements for the performance channels, and work with the team to produce high performing assets for paid media campaigns in a timely and efficient way. * Work with other departments to build campaigns that support promotional activity. * Manage budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target to deliver the required return on investment. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: * An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution, preferably in marketing. * Familiar with paid social platforms of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, Youtube Ads, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, Linkedin Ads. * 2 Years+ Paid Media marketing experience agency side. DESIRABLE SKILLS: * Experience in managing Text, Display and Video campaigns; * Experience in analysing data to identify new trends & opportunities to drive the best ROI for campaigns; * A selfdriven attitude with an inquisitive mindset and a keen eye for detail; * A genuine passion for all things Paid Media and digital.
