Human Resources Officer  Location:  London/Brighton.  Position:   Permanent, full time. Monday to Friday. Salary:       £45k per annum, plus car allowance. We are working with a leading business communications provider, specialising in providing cloud telephony, connectivity, security, cloud solutions and managed IT services, who are now looking for an experienced and passionate HR Officer to join their rapidly expanding company.  The successful candidate will be based either at our London or Brighton office and will be a proactive individual with responsibility to look after staff across sites in London Docklands, Brighton, Stafford, Bournemouth and Sri Lanka. You will need to be capable of working autonomously, travelling to each of the UK sites regularly and be a people person who is passionate about employee progression and career development, ensuring that the company culture and values remain at the heart of the business.  Key responsibilities HR administration including contracts of employment, HR software management, onboarding and leavers process, appraisals, disciplinaries, etc Ensuring timely and accurate update of all records Induction of new staff including training Organisation and set up of workshops that deliver the company strategy and culture alignment to existing and new employees Conducting regular employee engagement surveys and reporting findings to management  Ensuring a good level of staff morale across sites Working closely with team Managers to ensure objectives are set and results are achieved Review of benefits and perks within the company Experience/skills required Previous experience of working as an HR Manager or similar  Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient use of the Microsoft Office package Ability to take a calm, methodical and problem-solving approach to your work, whilst being adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment  Good time management and organisational skills  HR qualification desirable  A people person, you will possess the ability to instantaneously build good rapport as well as develop and maintain relationships with staffIn return, our client offers a competitive salary, extensive benefits, and the opportunity to work in a value driven culture that provides strong personal and professional development opportunities
