JOB TITLE Reception Supervisor REPORTS To Account Director / Operations Lead JOB LOCATION London - W1 HOURS 40 working hours per week, Monday to Friday with various shift patterns between 08:00– 18:00 as required (flexible to change shift at short notice) DETAILS ASAP start, £35-42k depending on experience ROLE PROFILE As part of our Reception / Concierge team, you will work collaboratively with our client’s employees to deliver the future of an agile, connected, and high performing workplace. You will be responsible for ensuring a first-class employee experience offering seamless access to a range of services. The main focus of the Reception Supervisor will be supporting our client’s employees to improve their day to day working experience. ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Provides outstanding customer service to all employees and visitors of the office · Management of meeting room bookings, assisting employees in a friendly, professional, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary · Day to day responsibility of SLAs and service delivery · Acts as the site liaison for the services we deliver and all other Workplace Services · Responsible for keeping up to date and trained in all reception / concierge process’s · Knows all essential aspects of our building and Workplace services · Responsible in ensuring accuracy when recording any data or financial information whether electronically or by hard copy · Responsible for weekly Reception / Concierge audits · Providing monthly Management information to the Workplace Operations Lead · Organising shift Reception Rota’s and holiday management · Ensuring service always meets the ISO9001 standard · Responsible in ensuring a high level of customer service is demonstrated and adhered to in all dealings with clients · To support colleagues and work as a team to achieve the best results for clients · To ensure that full flexibility is maintained working various shifts subject to changes at short notice · To undertake the yearly self-appraisal · Responsible for tracking own activity and report on daily activity · To wear the Uniform / Dress code as required · Responsible for complying with health and safety and site operational procedures · Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Leadership and Management team SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES · Previous experience in concierge/ reception/ front of house/ hospitality roles is desired · Ability to always maintain a positive attitude and professional tone · True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment · Ability to interact with employees and visitors effectively with tact and diplomacy · Strong follow through skills · Decision-making skills and ability to make good judgment to answer questions · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle situations with sensitivity and tact · Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills · Proactive approach to work with an eye for detail · Problem-solving and critical thinking skills · Organisational skills and a methodical approach to dealing with the varied needs of the employees · Strong IT skills, competent in Microsoft Office 365 applications to intermediate level · Flexible to change shifts at short notice · Ability to learn quickly and follow core processes
