Due to planned expansion, we are seeking to augment our established team. Operating from our Aberdeen Base.
You should be a self-motivated individual working efficiently as part of our team.
* General office duties (typing, word processing, general queries, photocopying and filing)
* Assisting with office invoice processes
* Maintain and update database and systems
* Maintenance of work packs, inspection records, technical documentation for marine and industrial applications
* General administration assistance as required
Previous experience in the use of various MS Suite of applications in a similar role essential
