Great opportunity to be part of a business with loads of opportunity and great working culture. As the Accounts Receivable Assistant you will be the main point of contact for some of the businesses top clients. Ensuring accounts are settle and invoices are sent out.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Check and dispatch all invoices in a timely manner
Produce statements and consolidate invoices
Log all invoice and general queries, ensuring they are cleared appropriately and within the agreed timescales
Log all payment queries and ensure they are resolved accurately and within a the agreed timescales
Ensure the production of pre-payment lists and the timely issuing of seller payments
Ensure receipt VAT invoices and followed up and reconciled
