Are you an experienced Procurement Co-ordinator available to join this global organisation? A wonderful opportunity to work with launch teams for a minimum period of 7 months. SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED Data entry of items into procurement systems. Tracking all orders and checking "need by dates" are managed and communicating with our suppliers and execution teams. Attending conference calls and building order plans for new projects. Updates standards and creating real-time feedback on data integrity. Working with procurement on creating quotes for project-related subjects. Equipment order handling Place purchase order via an online system and track purchase order Track missing items, assisting with inventory control Assisting with the launch of new delivery systems Inventory stakeholders assistance Stakeholder experience working with multiple countries REQUIRED SKILLS Minimum 5 years working in administration/procurement Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook Oracle experience Strong communicator PREFERRED SKILLS Educated to Degree level Minimum of 1-year experience as a buyer in a large scale environment Ability to communicate to various audiences Ability to lead a small groupWORKING REMOTELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE Interested?
