An exciting requirement has arisen for an experienced Head Chef to join a leading organisation in the Scottish Borders.
This is a dynamic role requiring professional who enjoys working reasonable hours (8.30 - 4.30) with a really friendly team and a great employer.
Duties will include menu planning and dealing with a wide variety of dishes, including daily specials, freshly prepared home-made food made with locally sourced products and seasonal products.
You will liaise at management level over menu planning, stock levels, profitability etc. and you will also ensure that the highest levels of health and hygiene are observed at all times.
